Clubhouse Shop

We focus on selling high-quality donated furniture, clothing, artwork, and housewares.

All proceeds benefit Independence Center and their mission of enriching the lives of those living with severe and persistent mental illness. Members and staff of our Clubhouse work side by side in every aspect of operating our shop to continue strengthening our connection to the community and ensure the high-quality customer experience.

These opportunities include:

• Running the register and providing customer service.
• Building and executing marketing strategies including managing our social media accounts.
• Scheduling and conducting donation pick-ups.
• Researching and processing donations to prepare items for the sales floor.
• Arranging and displaying items & shop visuals to aid in store presentation and customer experience.

Do you have any gently used items that you are looking to clear out? We would love to be considered for your donations! You are welcome to drop-off items anytime during our hours of operation. If you have larger items, such as furniture, then you can give us a call, send us an email, or follow the “Schedule a Donation” section below to begin the process.

We generally accept gently used, high quality items such as:

• Furniture (Sofas, dining room tables, dressers, etc.)
• Dishware, China, & Crystal
• Art work
• Clothing
