Independence Center (IC) is a community mental health organization for adults in St Louis living with a serious mental illness. Since 1981, IC has offered a comprehensive system of programs and services including housing, case management, psychiatric care, counseling, employment and vocational support, wellness, and social opportunities. Our Clubhouse is an internationally recognized leader in creating community where belonging is key and recovery is possible.
